PoliciesRETURNS
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Refunds are cheerfully accepted. I will refund your purchase price, minus the shipping fee once the item is returned to me in salable condition. If the item is damaged I would still like it returned for inspection before issuing a refund. CUSTOM ORDERS I am always happy to customize colors, styles and chain lengths. I ask for a 50% deposit to begin work. After the project is complete I will forward photos for your approval. The balance will be due prior to shipping. SHIPPING I ship everything USPS First Class, which can take 2-5 days in transit. On occasion, I will upgrade to Priority Mail at my own discretion and expense. If you need to expedite your shipment, please contact me before payment. I send tracking information for all shipments, however the tracking may not be updated until the morning that your package is out for delivery in your city or town. If you have any question about your delivery please contact me. PAYMENTS I accept Etsy Direct Checkout, Paypal, Personal Checks, Cash and Credit Card, both by phone or in person. A NOTE ON CHILDREN'S JEWELRY: Although I would *love* to create children's jewelry, I do not make or sell products to anyone under 13 years of age. All children's jewelry must be third party tested, certified and labeled as compliant with applicable children's product safety rules. This testing process is too cost prohibitive for me at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience. ------------------------------------------------- If you don't see what you are looking for just email me. I love custom orders, especially special occasion jewelry. |
FAQ'sFAQ about Sea Glass
Q: Where do you get all of your sea glass? A: I personally collect about half of the sea glass that I sell. The other half comes from trusted, professional sea glass collectors in Hawaii, Rhode Island, Italy and Greece. Q: Is it real or is it made in a tumbler? A: I take authenticity seriously! If I label it as "real, natural, genuine or surf-tumbled" you can be sure it is hand-picked from the beach. I also sell "man-made or cultured sea glass" but I will always label it as such. Q: How can you tell the difference between real and fake sea glass? A: Just like a jeweler can easily tell a diamond from a cubic zirconia, a sea glass collector has very little trouble determining authenticity. Fake sea glass has a powdery finish, and lacks an inner glow. The sea shapes the glass much more gently than a tumbler. It also leaves small "c" shaped nicks on the surface. There is some very convincing fake sea glass on the market right now. If the price looks too good to be true it probably is! |
